Job summary

TEKsystems in Sheffield is seeking an Engagement Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology function. You will support employee engagement, internal communications, learning and culture initiatives across a global tech organisation, shaping experiences and keeping teams connected.

You will plan and coordinate events, create engaging communications, partner with stakeholders across regions, and contribute to DEI, wellbeing and culture projects while gathering feedback to improve programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
• Experience supporting learning, DEI, or talent initiatives.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engagement initiatives that promote collaboration and inclusion.
• Plan and coordinate events such as Town Halls and All Hands meetings.
• Create engaging internal communications for a variety of audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions to drive people-focused programmes.
• Support learning, development, and DEI initiatives.
• Gather feedback and insights from engagement activities to shape future programmes.
• Contribute to culture, wellbeing and employee experience initiatives across the organization.
