TEKsystems in Sheffield is seeking an Engagement Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology function. You will support employee engagement, internal communications, learning and culture initiatives across a global tech organisation, shaping experiences and keeping teams connected.

You will plan and coordinate events, create engaging communications, partner with stakeholders across regions, and contribute to DEI, wellbeing and culture projects while gathering feedback to improve programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
• Experience supporting learning, DEI, or talent initiatives.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of engagement initiatives that promote collaboration and inclusion.

Engagement Analyst

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Engagement Analyst to join a growing Enterprise Technology function, supporting the delivery of employee engagement, communications, learning and culture initiatives across a large, global technology organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in engagement, internal communications, people programmes or project coordination who enjoys creating meaningful employee experiences and helping teams stay connected and informed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of engagement initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion and a strong sense of community.
• Help plan and coordinate events such as Town Halls, All Hands meetings, colleague forums and feedback sessions.
• Create engaging internal communications and content for a variety of audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions to drive people-focused programmes.
• Support learning, development, talent and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Gather feedback and insights from engagement activities to help shape future programmes.
• Contribute to culture, wellbeing and employee experience initiatives across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

• experience in employee engagement, internal communications, people programmes, project coordination or a similar role.
• experience supporting initiatives related to learning & development, DEI, talent, recognition or employee experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations and engagement materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Zoom and Slido.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail.
• experience analysing feedback, engagement data or research would be advantageous.
