Job summary

74Software in Sheffield is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead transformation, support leaders, and ensure engagement and success through change.

You will handle employee relations, drive performance initiatives, and promote a values‑driven culture across the UK, with travel to London and Bristol and a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex global organisation.
• Strong track record in supporting senior leaders through change.
• Experience managing ER matters.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively.
• A proactive, analytical and people‑centred approach, using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Broad generalist HR expertise and the ability to engage specialist input when required.
• Curiosity about emerging HR technology and AI, and the ability to apply these in a practical, value‑adding way.
• CIPD qualified.
• Experience of using Workday.

Overview

Location:Sheffield

Hybrid:60% Onsite & 40% Remote. Travel to other UK sites will be required. These will be London and Bristol
