Comxps Ltd is assisting a government client with an L&D specialist role focused on designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programmes within a complex organisation. The role involves leveraging LMS platforms, conducting needs analyses, and developing career pathways and capability-building initiatives.

The position requires degree-level qualifications and strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering workshops, training programmes, onboarding activities and development interventions.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, including reporting, learner engagement and content administration.
• Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and translate organisational requirements into effective learning solutions, career pathways and capability-building initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams and use learning data to drive continuous improvement.

Essential:
