Employee Benefits Consultant (Healthcare / Group Risk)

We are pleased to be representing an award-winning insurance and employee benefits consultancy who are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Healthcare / Risk Consultant to service and manage an existing portfolio of clients providing client services in relation to Group Risk and Protection products including Healthcare (PMI), Group Life, DIS, PHI, and critical illness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through quality of advice and service.
  • Negotiate terms and provision of services across a range of risk-related benefits.
  • Present to clients on relevant matters and identify additional business opportunities for services across the group.
  • Oversee the production of all reports, documents, and communication with the clients.

Experience:

  • Candidates need to come from an insurance / healthcare / employee benefits background with exposure to either Healthcare (PMI) or Group Risk schemes.
  • Ability to present to clients and articulate and communicate with clients at all levels either by phone or face to face.
