Cathedrala Appointments recruits on behalf of an independent mobility retailer in Exeter. The Mobility Retail Advisor will welcome customers, assess needs and demonstrate the right equipment to support independence, with no pressure selling.

The role offers full product training, future progression to a Product Specialist, and a permanent, full-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Benefits include a company pension and free on-site parking.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, care or similar customer-facing advisory environment.
• Excellent customer service and active-listening skills with empathy.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable with manual handling.
• Full-time role, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional showroom experience.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs, lifestyle and priorities, then advise on and demonstrate the right equipment without high-pressure sales.
• Respond to telephone, email and in-person enquiries, and arrange demonstrations in the showroom and at customers' homes.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and sales records using a bespoke CRM system, and process cash and card transactions.
• Assemble, check, charge and prepare products for display, demonstration and handover, including showing customers how scooters dismantle and lift into a vehicle.
• Load and unload equipment from company vans, and keep the showroom clean, organised and attractively presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of customers and the wider business.
