Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Advisor in Huntingdon to support a family-run mobility and furniture business. The role involves guiding customers through high-value purchases and delivering expert product recommendations.

Based in a three-level showroom, you will build strong product knowledge, listen to customer needs, and confidently upsell appropriate solutions while managing showroom operations and order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, showroom sales or mobility/healthcare products.
• Strong product knowledge and listening skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to upsell in a consultative way.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and understanding their requirements.
• Providing knowledgeable advice and demonstrating products.
• Upselling and recommending suitable additional products where appropriate.
• Handling telephone, email and online customer enquiries.
• Following up with customers and providing after-sales support.
• Processing sales and associated paperwork.
• Stock replenishment and general showroom housekeeping.
• Assisting with deliveries and movement of products.
• Supporting online orders, returns and customer service queries when required.
