Qualifications

• Degree or soon-to-graduate in a relevant field.
• Internship, placement year or early-career experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, FMCG, retail, or sales.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Confidence using Excel and working with data.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine interest in digital commerce and online consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Drive online trading performance and promotional activity.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to inform decisions.
• Develop and implement promotions, bundles and offers to grow revenue.
• Support forecasting and commercial planning processes.
• Deliver seamless customer journeys with CRM, Content and Digital teams.
