Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills and confidence using Excel.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Direct-to-Consumer team, help drive online performance and revenue growth.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to inform actions.
• Support planning and execution of key trading events throughout the year.
• Develop promotions to increase revenue, conversion and customer engagement.
• Work with CRM, Content and Digital teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
