Job summary

JDE Peet’s, now part of Keurig Dr Pepper, is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the UK Commercial Finance team. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive profitability and support growth across a leading consumer goods portfolio.

You’ll influence commercial decisions with robust financial insight, support forecasts, and help deliver customer strategies and successful product launches in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance or FP&A roles.
• Experience partnering with Sales teams in FMCG/CPG.
• Strong analytics with data-driven recommendations.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and numerical skills.
• Highly organised with planning and prioritisation.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence decisions.
• Collaborative team player with proactive mindset.
• UK right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance against volume, revenue, profit targets.
• Support customer business plans with analysis and reporting.
• Provide commercial reporting including pricing and trade spend.
• Analyze revenue realisation and pricing execution.
• Collaborate with sales to manage trade spend and accruals.
• Review promotional plans for alignment with objectives.
• Support promotion forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Ensure governance and SOX compliance.
• Support internal controls submissions.
