Job summary

Bailey Hunter, a progressive law firm, is seeking a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Dispute Resolution team in Barnsley. You will manage your own caseload with supervision and work on a range of commercial and civil disputes.

The caseload may include director/shareholder disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, business torts, and contentious property matters; you will also gain exposure to mediation, arbitration and advocacy while

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and civil disputes work.
• Ability to develop advocacy skills and client relationships.
• Willingness to network and participate in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with supervision.
• Assist senior colleagues on complex matters.
• Work on disputes including director/shareholder, debt recovery, professional negligence, and property matters.
• Develop skills in mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution methods.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in networking.
