TSR Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its busy disputes team. You will handle a varied caseload, gaining exposure to a broad range of contentious matters while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and progressing your own matters with appropriate support.
• Advising clients on contentious issues and potential disputes.
• Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings and other documentation.
• Reviewing evidence and carrying out legal research.
• Liaising with clients, counsel and other professionals.
• Contributing to the wider development of the disputes team.
• Balance of autonomy and support with increasing involvement as experience grows.
