Perkins&Will London is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative studio. You will contribute to a range of projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced design environment.

We value sustainable, people-centred design and expect strong Revit skills, coordination with consultants, and the ability to develop ideas into drawings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design and technical coordination across project stages.
• Experience developing and coordinating architectural packages.
• Understanding of building systems and technical principles.
• Ability to integrate architectural, structural, environmental and services considerations.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to design concepts and develops them through design development and documentation.
• Produces drawings, calculations and documentation for project stages under supervision.
• Participates in design reviews, charettes and coordination meetings with consultants.
• Assists in scheduling, budgeting and client presentations, maintaining timely delivery.
• Collaborates with partners and maintains clear communication within the team.
