Qualifications

• Educated to degree level ideally within architecture or similar.
• Experience in architecture or project management and a commercial mindset.
• Understanding of the design process, RIBA stages, budgeting, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery: keep corporate interior teams on track with scope, programme, budget and quality.
• Assist with fee management, forecasting, invoicing and commercial reporting.
• Coordinate resources and project information across multiple teams.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate project, programme and commercial matters.
• Identify risks early and help teams resolve issues before they escalate.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits and development of project scopes and fee proposals.
• Develop understanding of BIM, digital delivery and related tools.
