Qualifications

RIBA Part 3 / ARB registration or equivalent.
Extensive experience delivering architectural projects across multiple stages.
Strong design, technical and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Thinking: Lead high-quality, contextually responsive design solutions and provide design direction from concept to delivery.
Project Delivery & Technical Coordination: Lead project workstreams, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical packages, manage risk and budgets.
Client & Business Development: Build trusted client relationships, present ideas in meetings, contribute to bids and proposals.
Leadership & Studio Contribution: Mentor teams, share expertise, participate in design reviews and CPD, and foster a collaborative studio culture.
