Job summary

Perkins+Will, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator in London to support the digital delivery of Workplace Interiors projects. You will provide hands-on Revit and BIM workflow support to project teams, troubleshoot live issues, and help raise model quality and consistency across the studio.

You'll work on templates, standards and content libraries, assist with ACC workflows, and mentor junior designers to steadily improve Revit proficiency and digital delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in architecture, interiors, BIM or design technology.
• Strong practical Revit capability with workflow understanding.
• Experience supporting other users with Revit or BIM issues.
• Familiarity with ACC Model Coordination, Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-experts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Revit, BIM and digital workflow support to Workplace project teams.
• Troubleshoot live project issues including model setup, worksharing, links, views and schedules.
• Assist with project setup, including templates, coordinates, linked files and worksets.
• Support model health checks, audits and issue resolution.
• Help teams use ACC/BIM 360 effectively for file sharing and coordination.
• Support basic coordination workflows, including linked and federated model review.
