Job summary

NG Bailey are recruiting an Emergency Preparedness Advisor to join the MEH Alliance on the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on delivering robust Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness capabilities for MEHA work areas and platforms.

You will monitor EP requirements, develop rescue plans, support fire drills, and mentor supervisors in EP practices, with potential to work away from home with uplifts and expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency Preparedness/Response delivery.
• Ability to develop and implement EP plans, policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to explain EP/Fire procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain EP requirements on MEHA platforms and work areas.
• Produce and maintain Rescue plans and assist in Fire Drills.
• Deliver toolbox talks and record attendance.
• Coach/ mentor supervisors in EP matters and conduct inspections for EP compliance.
