Staffordshire Police Force Contact Centre are inviting applicants for the April 2027 intake to become Emergency Police Call Handlers, delivering critical support in a 24/7 environment. You will train through a seven‑week academy and a ten‑week exposure to 999 and 101 calls, then rotate into shift work with ongoing learning and personal development.

Responsabilidades

• As an Emergency Police Call Handler, you will gather critical information, assess risk, threat, harm and vulnerability, and ensure the appropriate response is provided.
• Working within a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment, you will deliver a professional, compassionate and effective service while remaining calm, resilient and focused under pressure.
