Ipsum is seeking a Civils Drainage Engineer to operate across the Midlands region with regular travel. The role is full time and permanent, with typical hours 8-5, Monday to Friday.

You’ll manage emergencies, diagnose drainage faults, and restore systems while upholding safety and quality standards. Key requirements include proven drainage experience, CCTV/jetting capability, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualificações

• Proven drainage industry experience.
• Experience with blocked drain clearance and repairs.
• Familiarity with CCTV survey methods and jetting equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and relevant safety certs.

Responsabilidades

• Attend emergency and planned drainage work within response times.
• Investigate faults, blockages, flooding and system failures.
• Unblock drains using rods and high-pressure water jetting.
• Repair and replace damaged pipework, gullies and manholes.
• Carry out excavations and reinstatement works as required.
• Install new drainage systems and connections where needed.
• Conduct CCTV surveys to identify defects and remedial needs.
