Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Dispatch Support Assistant based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will work as part of the Emergency Operations Centre, assigning ambulance resources to emergency and urgent events and liaising with emergency call takers, ambulance crews and other emergency services.

The role is fast-paced and requires a calm, level-headed approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
