You will be the first point of contact for people in crisis, providing calm, compassionate support and asking the right questions to guide responders.

No medical experience is required; full training begins November 2026. This on-site role requires 18+, right to work in the UK, and offers NHS pay enhancements and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for callers in crisis, remaining calm and guiding decisions under pressure.
• Coordinate life-saving emergency responses and support callers through critical situations.
