Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Emergency Call Taker based at the Emergency Operations Centre in Otterbourne, Hampshire. You will be the first point of contact for callers in critical moments, remaining calm, asking the right questions, providing reassurance and guiding life-saving decisions.

This on-site role does not support remote working. You must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, and undergo training from October 2026.
