Job summary

John Crane, a business of Smiths Group, is seeking a Pricing & Revenue Growth Analyst for EMEAI to drive pricing analytics, reporting and revenue initiatives across the region. In a complex B2B industrial setting, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance and Data teams to improve profitability and governance of pricing processes.

This role requires 2–4 years of pricing or analytics experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in pricing, analytics or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI or similar.
• Ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions.
• Good communication with business stakeholders.
• Experience with B2B, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Exposure to pricing or revenue management.
• Experience with SAP, Pricefx or similar ERP/pricing tools.
• Degree in a numerate/business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyse pricing, revenue and margin data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Own the monthly Price Realisation process across EMEAI: data prep, analysis, validation, reporting.
• Support regional price increase programmes with impact analysis and tracking.
• Develop dashboards and tools to deliver actionable commercial insights.
• Conduct profitability and pricing analyses to support negotiations and reviews.
• Identify pricing leakage and discounting trends to drive revenue improvements.
• Maintain pricing data quality across Pricefx, ERP and reporting platforms.
• Support governance, testing and policy adherence in pricing processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations and Data teams to resolve data issues.
