Job summary

The Global Design team at Amazon Uk Services Ltd. - A10 is seeking a designer to lead post-occupancy tenant-improvement designs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will collaborate with the EMEA D&C teams, Workplace Guidelines & Standards, and Global Transformation & Insights to deliver design solutions that enhance workplace performance. You will work autonomously on multiple projects, balancing creativity with frugality, and will travel regionally 20-30% of the time while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience in project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design of post-occupancy tenant improvements and small/medium new site projects.
• Coordinate with external/vendor design teams on larger projects.
• Align project designs to Corporate Workplace concepts by Global Design.
• Inform Guidelines & Standards teams on design elements for global adoption.
• Collaborate with regional peers to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
