Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior workplace leader to own on-site operations across EMEA and the Middle East, partnering with country leads and finance, legal, people, and physical security. You will drive regional decisions, manage a multi-market vendor base, and deliver end-to-end capital projects.

You will act as the primary escalation point during regional business hours and own the regional budget and space planning in line with Scale's global workplace standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
• Direct ownership of multi-site operations and at least one office stand-up or major build-out.

Responsibilities

• Run on-site operations across the region, ensuring service delivery, facilities and life safety.
• Manage and hold local FM, security, F&B, and AV vendors to SLAs.
• Deliver capital projects end to end: design, contractors, budget, schedule, handover.
• Track lease dates, renewals, notices, landlord obligations and service contracts.
• Act as escalation point during regional business hours for country leads.
• Partner with country leadership on compliance and security requirements and budget planning.
