Job summary

Sage Group plc in the UK seeks a Director to shape EMEA web strategy and accelerate commercial performance. You will own the web contribution to pipeline, ARR and ROI, guiding data-driven decisions, experiments, and scalable capabilities across multiple markets.

This senior role leads a large, multi-market web team and partners with Marketing, Sales, Product and central platforms to deliver a unified, growth-focused roadmap with regional priorities and standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership across web, digital experience and CRO in a complex B2B/SaaS context.
• Proven track record delivering measurable commercial outcomes via digital channels.
• Experience building and coaching multi-market teams, including leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for EMEA web, aligning priorities with revenue goals.
