Job summary

Sage is seeking a Director, EMEA Web Strategy & Commercial Performance to set the strategy, roadmap and conversion agenda for web across the region. You'll own web's contribution to pipeline, SQO, ARR and ROI using data-driven decisions.

You'll lead a large, multi-market web organisation, collaborating with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to deliver a unified, commercially focused roadmap from London or Newcastle with hybrid working three days a week in-office.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across web, digital experience, CRO, and performance.
• Proven track record delivering measurable commercial outcomes through web and digital channels.
• Experience building and coaching multi-market teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of web strategy, customer journeys, analytics and AI-enabled personalisation.
• Commercial and analytical mindset translating business priorities into roadmaps.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with a bold, pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA web roadmap turning priorities into a clear plan for pipeline and ROI.
• Lead investment decisions using performance data and customer insight.
• Set CRO and experimentation agenda across markets.
• Build scalable web capabilities and AI-enabled personalisation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing multi-market team.
• Partner with stakeholders to align the roadmap with commercial goals.
