Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with strong business awareness.
- Experience leading large, multi-country Solutions Engineering teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing SE organization across EMEA.
- Establish operating models, headcount plans, and career paths for SE leaders and ICs.
- Own pre-sales methodology, discovery, POV/POC, and winning technical engagements.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align strategy with revenue goals.
- Lead executive engagements and drive strategic accounts with senior customer executives.
