Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager for the EMEA region, based in London. The role leads visual merchandising and retail design initiatives for a premium consumer electronics brand across Europe, from concept through to installation and ongoing maintenance.

You will own end-to-end programmes, manage budgets and external partners, and work closely with global brand strategy and local execution teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual merchandising, retail design or fixture programme management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end retail display across multiple European markets.
• Experience with major retail partners and varied formats.
• Strong CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of visual merchandising programmes from concept to production, logistics, installation and maintenance.
• Deliver consistent, premium brand experiences across Europe through multiple retailers and formats.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and supplier relationships for CAPEX/OPEX.
• Coordinate multiple complex rollouts across EMEA with strong project management.
• Travel up to 20% to support regions and installations.
