Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Field Visual Merchandiser to support a premium lifestyle retail network across the South East. The role involves visiting stores, delivering visual merchandising standards, and translating seasonal campaigns into engaging in-store experiences.

You will train store teams, optimise layouts, fashion displays and windows, travel regularly between sites, and help drive sales through compelling product presentation. A driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within lifestyle, fashion, outdoor, sports or premium retail.
• Experience with window displays, mannequin styling, product presentation and store layout planning.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver high visual standards.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how visual merchandising drives sales.
• Ability to coach, influence and support store teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized and adaptable approach to work.
• Able to travel regularly across stores in the South East.

Responsibilities

• Deliver visual merchandising activities across stores in line with plans and priorities.
• Maintain high standards across product displays, windows, mannequins and layouts.
• Identify opportunities and provide feedback to store management.
• Support seasonal launches, promotions and layout changes.
• Coach and train store teams to maintain visual standards.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers and retail teams.
• Contribute to regional visual merchandising plans using store feedback.
• Support new store openings, refits and improvements.
• Ensure stores deliver engaging and commercially effective customer experiences.
