Job summary

ŌURA seeks an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end retail display programs across the EMEA region from London. You will partner with Retail Channel Marketing, Brand and Creative teams to deliver premium, on-brand experiences at Currys, John Lewis, and other partners.

The role requires 8+ years in visual merchandising or related fields, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate internal teams with external fabricators and installers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual merchandising, retail design or fixture program management.
• Proven experience with end-to-end retail fixture programs for major retailers in EMEA.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent organization and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with travel up to 20% for site visits and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of visual merchandising strategy across all retail partners in EMEA.
• Ensure a premium, on-brand presentation across in-store touchpoints from fixtures to promotional displays.
• Manage the full lifecycle of display programs: design, prototyping, production, distribution, installation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing and Creative teams to translate objectives into retail experiences.
• Work with internal design teams and external partners to meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Oversee third-party fabricators, logistics and installation teams to deliver displays on time and within budget.
• Establish quality control, compliance, and fixture maintenance processes across environments.
• Manage rollout calendars, track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
