Zachary Daniels is seeking a Store Product & Visual Lead in Central London to own product presentation and visual standards in a flagship store. You will lead a team, align with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, and ensure the customer experience is inspiring and commercially focused.

The role requires a strong fashion retail background, leadership experience, and a sharp eye for trends, presentation, and performance data to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Store Product/Visual Merchandising team.
• Strong fashion retail background with product focus.
• Proven ability to drive commercial performance through presentation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Store Product & Visual team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Own product presentation and visual execution across the flagship store.
• Ensure product placement, merchandising and displays are on-brand and commercially focused.
• Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
• Use sales performance and product insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Ops on launches.
• Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
• Conduct regular floor walks to improve the customer journey and sales.
• Support new store openings, refits and concept launches as needed.
• Stay up to date with fashion and consumer trends to keep the store inspiring.
