Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Trainer, Support & Operations, EMEA to design and deliver scalable education programs across the EMEA region. You will ensure teams have system knowledge, operational understanding, and practical skills for Host-based operations.

The role focuses on Event Programming onboarding, Host-related education, and product training across TM1, with enablement support for EP and CAM teams and education for venues.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering scalable education programs in a live events or ticketing context.
• Strong ability to translate product functionality into practical training.
• Proven track record in delivering in-person and virtual training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and role-based learning pathways for EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually with strong knowledge transfer.
• Travel to deliver live training across the region as needed.
• Develop content for LMS and modular learning assets.
• Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and drive adoption.
