Job summary

Google Store in London is seeking a Trading and Strategy Manager to lead a growth category across the EMEA region, owning commercial outcomes from launches to forecasting and promotions.

You will partner with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Care, Finance and country teams to optimize the customer journey and drive revenue across Google devices and services, including Pixel, Nest and Fitbit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a commercial tech, retail, or e‑commerce role.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own growth category with full ownership of commercial outcomes, including launches and forecasting.
• Drive day-to-day trading performance using data to optimize on-site KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to improve end-to-end customer experience.
• Develop innovative growth programmes to scale the business in the region.
• Create and deliver strategic reviews for leadership with synthesized inputs.
