Google Store London is seeking a Trading and Strategy Manager to drive trading and strategy for the EMEA region, leading a category and aligning with marketing, logistics, product, engineering and finance. The Trading and Strategy Manager is a high-impact role driving trading and strategy for the Google Store as it scales across the EMEA region. The team manages all sites across EMEA and is responsible for driving an optimal customer experience and revenue across the breadth of Google’s device and services portfolio. This includes Pixel phones, buds and smartwatches plus Fitbit and Google Nest portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a growth category with full ownership of its commercial outcome. This includes launch planning, sales forecasting, promotional planning, budget management, ongoing analysis and merchandising across EMEA sites.
  • Drive the day-to-day trading performance to achieve ambitious goals for product volumes and market share, using data to optimize on-site KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to drive improvements in the end-to-end customer experience for your category, partnering with Customer Care, Operations and Logistics.
  • Develop and manage new, innovative growth programmes to scale the business in the region. Lead critical campaign and business planning efforts to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated plan is delivered across all functions to exceed business targets.
  • Own the creation and delivery of strategic reviews for leadership, skillfully synthesizing complex inputs from across the business into a compelling narrative.
