Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trade & Working Capital Business Manager in London to drive EMEA sales strategy, oversee performance management, and steer strategic execution for the T&WC franchise.

You will partner with EMEA Sales leadership and Global T&WC Sales Head to coordinate cross-functional initiatives that fuel growth, governance, and risk management across Sales, Product, Credit, and Operations.

• Own the EMEA performance management framework including KPIs, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide market, client, competitor, and financial insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Lead business reviews and executive materials with clear recommendations.
• Enable sales execution through pipeline governance and thought leadership content.
• Ensure governance, controls, and risk management across EMEA with partner coordination.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for EMEA, tracking revenue and profitability.
• Champion digital transformation to improve sales processes and client engagement.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and lead, coach, and develop talent.
