Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to set and execute strategy, priorities and operating rhythm.
• Drive regional business development initiatives and cross-functional programs to accelerate growth.
• Own the EMEA performance management framework including KPIs, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and actions.
• Provide market, client, competitor and financial insights to inform commercialization and priorities.
• Lead business reviews and executive materials with value-added analysis and recommendations.
• Enable sales execution through acceleration, pipeline governance and client-ready content.
• Ensure governance, controls and risk management across EMEA, with escalation and mitigation plans.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for EMEA, including revenue and profitability optimization.
• Champion digital transformation to improve sales processes and client engagement.
• Build partnerships and lead, coach, and develop talent.
