Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership (and align with Global) to set and execute EMEA strategy, priorities, and operating rhythm.
• Drive regional business development initiatives and cross-functional programs to accelerate growth in priority client segments and corridors.
• Own the EMEA performance management framework (KPIs/scorecards, forecasting, pipeline and client activity reporting).
• Provide market, client, competitor, and financial insights to inform commercialization and prioritization decisions.
• Lead business reviews and executive materials with clear recommendations.
• Enable sales execution through sales acceleration, pipeline governance, and client-ready content.
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and risk management across EMEA with proper escalation.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for EMEA, including revenue/P&L tracking and optimization actions.
• Champion digital transformation to improve sales processes and client engagement.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and lead, coach, and develop talent.
