Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years in a technical role, including 1+ year leading a team
Geology/Geophysics degree required
Strong verbal and written English communication
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-service orientation
Organizational skills to multitask under time constraints
Experience with Seequent products is advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead and support the EMEA Global Technical Support Team to meet service levels and performance targets
Provide hands-on support for complex customer issues via email, phone, and remote sessions
Coordinate resources and troubleshooting across departments to resolve highly complex cases
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans
Develop and implement support processes and best practices
Collaborate with Global Support, Product, Sales, and Development to improve service delivery
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Maintain knowledge-base content using Knowledge-Centered Support principles
