Job summary

Seequent in Reading (UK) is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Support to direct the EMEA Global Technical Support Team, blending hands-on issue resolution with organizational leadership in a hybrid model. You will guide service levels, coach staff, develop knowledge content, collaborate with Global Support, Product, Sales and Development, and contribute to improved service delivery.

The role requires at least 7 years in a technical role and a Geology/Geophysics degree; excellent English

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role with team leadership.
• Geology, Geophysics or geoscience degree required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with customer focus.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Seequent products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the EMEA Global Technical Support Team to meet service levels and performance targets.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex or escalated issues via email, phone, and remote sessions.
• Coordinate cross-department resources to resolve highly complex cases and improve service delivery.
• Coach, develop and implement performance reviews, training plans, and knowledge content.
• Collaborate with Global Support, Product, Sales, and Development to implement preventative measures.
