Job summary

Seequent is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist based in Reading, UK, working a hybrid schedule. You will connect geophysical technology with business needs via solution design, demonstrations and training for regional sales teams and customers.

Required are five+ years in geophysics and a related degree, with hands-on Oasis Montaj, Res2DInv/3DInv and Workbench experience. Strong English communication and the ability to lead technical engagements are essential.

Qualifications

Five+ years’ experience in geophysics and a tertiary qualification in geophysics, geology, earth sciences or a closely related discipline.
Strong grounding in geophysical principles, processing and data interpretation, incl. gravity and magnetics.
Experience in UXO, environmental or contamination investigations, groundwater or near-surface geophysics, or mineral exploration and consulting.
Hands-on experience with Oasis Montaj, Res2DInv/3DInv and Workbench; experience with ERT, IP or EM is advantageous.
Proven experience in consulting, customer-facing or pre-sales roles, with the confidence to lead the technical aspects of engagements.

Responsibilities

Build proficiency across Seequent's product portfolio and demonstrate the solutions.
Share customer insights with internal teams to shape product design and outcomes.
Provide timely technical advice and solutions to improve customer processes.
Lead in-person and web-based demonstrations and training for technical and executive audiences.
Develop trusted-advisor relationships by listening to requirements and managing expectations.
