Job summary

Osmii is seeking a Technical Sourcer to support Engineering and Applied Science across EMEA in a 6-month contract based in London with hybrid working. You will translate priorities into targeted sourcing strategies, engage top technical talent, and deliver market insights to shape hiring decisions.

You will own regional sourcing, build pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and managers to define target profiles, calibrate quality, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of dedicated technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing across talent markets with regional nuances.
• Able to read technical profiles across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, ML/AI.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems.
• Practical exposure to AI sourcing tools and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sourcing strategy across EMEA, tailoring approach by role, level, location, and skill set for Engineering and Applied Science hiring.
• Build and manage healthy talent pipelines—from initial market mapping to engagement and handoffs to recruiting partners.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles, calibrate on candidate quality, priorities, and feedback loops.
• Engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent with personalized outreach that connects engineering challenges and business impact to motivation.
• Use funnel data to track outreach and conversion, diagnose drop-offs, and adjust messaging or targeting accordingly.
• Provide actionable EMEA talent insights, including competitor landscape, compensation trends, and location-specific dynamics.
