Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data and market insights.
• Experience developing and executing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets.
• Proven ability to lead recruiting teams through organizational growth and change.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with UK/Poland/Spain preferred.
