Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multiple roles, ideally within a high‑volume hiring environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and successfully filling challenging roles across EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust and diverse talent pipelines, proactively identifying exceptional candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique requirements and provide strategic hiring insights.
• Manage multiple searches concurrently, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously optimize recruitment processes and achieve superior hiring outcomes.
• Conduct daily candidate sourcing and engagement activities, building strong relationships with potential hires.
• Manage a high volume of vacancies, prioritizing critical positions to meet urgent business needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.
