Job summary

R2 Global is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for the UK market. You will source, screen, interview, and manage offers while building robust pipelines and partnering with UK hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, employer branding, and cross-functional collaboration with the People team to support onboarding and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• At least 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• In-house/corporate UK market experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
• Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives.
• Strong data and ATS reporting skills; Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for UK roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and manage UK requisition pipelines to meet time-to-fill and quality targets.
• Partner with UK hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Track and report UK recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards for leadership.
• Lead employer branding efforts and candidate-facing messaging in the UK.
• Support HR initiatives and UK onboarding; help with culture and engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day UK office operations and vendor relationships where applicable.
