Job summary

Zeta Global in London, UK is seeking a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and the Global Talent Acquisition team to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

You will recruit across a diverse portfolio of commercial and technical roles, build proactive talent pipelines, advise on strategy and ensure an inclusive experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering or People & Culture in a high-growth tech business.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across EMEA.
• Experience recruiting across commercial and technical functions in B2B tech environments.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/AdTech/MarTech/FinTech or similar tech org.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience using ATS like Greenhouse and HRIS like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and the Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Recruit across a diverse portfolio of commercial and technical roles to support growth.
• Advise on recruitment strategy and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, references and offers.
• Ensure an inclusive, efficient, compliant process across EMEA markets.
• Own onboarding experience and coordinate with cross-functional teams for a smooth start.
