Job summary

Global is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month FTC) to join our team in the UK. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of roles, from junior to senior, collaborating with hiring managers and People teams to find the right talent and deliver a best-in-class hiring experience that reflects Global’s culture and employer brand.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience, ideally gained within a recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Comfort recruiting across different roles and levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment – Manage vacancies from briefing through to offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate management.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Build strong relationships with hiring managers and People Partners, understand their hiring needs and advise on the best recruitment approach.
• Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipelines – Proactively find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and other sourcing channels for harder-to-fill roles.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Support inclusive hiring and broaden talent pools.
• Candidate Experience & Recruitment Operations – Deliver a positive candidate experience and keep recruitment data accurate.
