You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and global Talent Development teams, translating business and regional priorities into engaging learning experiences that make a measurable difference to employees and leaders.
This isn't purely a strategy role. We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen and can combine strong Talent Development / L&D expertise with exceptional programme management and operational delivery.
You’ll manage a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across EMEA, taking responsibility for the complete programme lifecycle-from planning and stakeholder engagement through to communications, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement.

You’ll ideally have strong experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management or Employee Experience, combined with substantial programme management capability.
