Job summary

TikTok is hiring for a Business Planning & Operations professional to own end-to-end strategy for designated modules, including governance and performance management, and to design scalable operating mechanisms in collaboration with Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience, and Data Science.

You will leverage analytical insights to diagnose growth opportunities, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional execution that improves operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English to work with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategy, Business Planning, Commercial Strategy, or Commercial Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data and translate into strategy.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and business planning for designated modules (e.g., Merchant, Assortment, Creator).
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth including policy design, budget planning, governance, and cross-functional execution.
• Partner with Category, Partnerships, Operations, Product, Governance & Experience, and Data Science to translate priorities into scalable plans.
• Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose growth opportunities and optimize performance.
