Wolt in London is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for Digital Ordering in EMEA. You will own the regional build, shaping commercial strategy, market expansion plans and scalable processes while partnering with Product, Sales and regional teams.

You will drive data-driven decisions, translate merchant needs into product requirements and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy or similar.
• Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme.
• Ability to use data to build business cases and drive decisions.
• Fluency translating merchant needs into product requirements and negotiating terms.
• Ability to build relationships and drive results across teams without direct authority.
• Owner mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Shape and adapt the global Digital Ordering strategy for EMEA, including pricing and positioning.
• Voice of EMEA merchants; build business cases and partner with Product & Engineering to prioritise needs.
• Assess and prioritise new markets, create launch plans and drive go-live.
• Create scalable processes, forecasts, reporting and enablement for growth across regions.
• Support key deals with regional Sales and Account Management.
• Track market trends and translate insights into leadership recommendations.
• Bridge product and operations by launching new merchant-facing features.
